Our product range cover Mould & Die machinery, Sheet metal machinery, Metal cutting machine, Turning machine, Special Purpose machine, Rapid Prototyping System, CAD/CAM software, Tooling, measuring instrument and related accessories etc. Pro-Technic started business with small and medium size machinery from Japan and Germany. From the beginning of 1980s, high product quality and high precision became the main concerns of industrial field. CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery is burgeoning. In view of this, Pro-Technic began importing different kinds of CNC machine from all over the world. To satisfy the market need and provide total solution to customers, our Advanced Technology Department (ATD) was formed in 1990. ATD aims at providing the most updated CAD/CAM software, designing efficient computer system, benchmark and providing technical training. As market need of quality machines and tools was rapidly increasing in Mainland China, Pro-Technic set up China Trade Department in 1987 to provide focused service. To have a better communication with customers, we have established branch offices in important provinces, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Xian, Shenyang and Dongguan. Especially our Service Center established in Hong Kong and Dongguan has employed more than 150 experienced engineers. They are divided into different specialized sections and well trained for sake of providing professional service. To reach the international standard service quality, Pro-Technic already certified ISO assessment in 1998 and updated to new version ISO 9001:2000 in 2001. Through the unceasing participation in HK and China machinery exhibitions, we keep pace with world market and introduce the latest technologies and machinery to customers. Other activities such as study mission and service maintenance seminar will be held regularly for customers to join. Our vision is to become the best service provider of machinery industry in HK and China. We sincerely hope to assist customers in improving their own productivity, the production efficiency and the product quality.
